  • Glasses/contacts and appropriate cases

  • Snacks like honey sticks, hard candy, peanut butter pouches, broth

  • Partner’s bathing suit

For postpartum:

  • Breast pump

  • Nursing bra

  • Pillow, blanket from home

  • Phone charging chord

  • Lotion and chapstick without any perfumes, scents

  • Slip on shoes

  • Postpartum loungewear aka pjs and maybe a robe

  • Going home outfit

  • Toothbrush/toothpaste

  • Hair brush

Optional:

  • Laboring outfit - something that can get dirty, allows for baby to be placed on your tummy immediately, and then breastfed. Often outfits come off during labor, so think comfy and soft and easy to move in.

  • Pregnancy pillow

  • Eyemask to combat the lights at night

For baby:

  • Going home outfit

For the partner:
